These Terms apply to all premium purchases across the products listed above. Free versions distributed via WordPress.org are governed by the GNU General Public License (GPL) and are provided without warranty or guaranteed support.
4. Plugin Licensing
4.1 Software License
All WPAnchorBay plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL). This license grants you the right to use, modify, and redistribute the plugin code in accordance with the GPL terms.
The GPL governs the software code itself. Your right to access plugin updates, activate the license key, and receive dedicated support is governed separately by these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 License Key
Upon successful purchase, you will receive a non-transferable license key alongside your plugin files. This key activates access to automatic updates and support for the duration of your license term.
- License keys may not be shared, resold, or transferred to another party without prior written consent from WPAnchorBay.
- Transfer requests must be submitted to [email protected] and are approved at our sole discretion.
- WPAnchorBay reserves the right to revoke any license key used in violation of these Terms, without refund.
- A valid, active license key is required to receive plugin updates and access support services.
4.3 License Types
Annual License
Annual licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Renewal is required each year to retain access to updates and support. We will contact you before expiry with renewal instructions.
Free Trial License
Where offered, free trial licenses are valid for 14 days at no cost. If payment is made during or at the conclusion of the trial, the license converts to an annual license valid for one year from the trial start date.
Lifetime License
Lifetime licenses carry no expiry date and require no renewal. They grant access to all future updates and support for as long as WPAnchorBay owns and maintains the plugin.
Purchasing an annual plan creates a recurring subscription. Your license renews automatically each year using the payment method on file, ensuring uninterrupted access to updates and support.
4.4 Annual Subscription and Auto-Renewal
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following:
- Your payment provider account settings.
- Your WPAnchorBay account dashboard.
- By contacting us at [email protected].
If you cancel an annual license before expiry, you retain full access to updates and support until the license end date. After expiry, the plugin continues to function on its last installed version but will no longer receive updates. Ongoing compatibility is not guaranteed.
If you cancel a free trial before expiry, the plugin remains usable until the trial ends. After the trial period, the plugin will stop functioning. A paid plan must be purchased to reactivate.
Renewal Reminder: A renewal reminder will be sent by email at least 14 days before your subscription auto-renews. To avoid a charge, cancel your subscription before that date.
5. Plugin Bundles
Some WPAnchorBay plugins are available as part of a discounted bundle. Bundle purchases include:
- Separate license keys for each plugin within the bundle.
- Full installable plugin files for each product.
- Access to all associated documentation and setup instructions.
If a bundle is refunded, all license keys within the bundle are revoked simultaneously. If a bundle license expires, all keys expire together. Individual plugin renewals within a bundle are not available; the full bundle must be renewed to restore access.
6. Plugin Delivery
Upon successful payment, plugin files and license keys are made available through the following channels:
Plugin files are available immediately via the order confirmation page displayed after checkout, your automated order confirmation email, and your WPAnchorBay account dashboard.
License keys are delivered exclusively by email to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your key within a few minutes of purchase.
Your WPAnchorBay account dashboard remains accessible for as long as your license is valid and can be used to re-download plugin files at any time.
If your license expires, is revoked, or is refunded, download access will be suspended until the license is renewed or reinstated. If you have not received your license key email, contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
7. Automatic Plugin Updates
Automatic updates are available through the WordPress admin dashboard for all installations with a valid, active license key. The latest plugin version can also be downloaded manually from your account dashboard at any time.
Older plugin versions are available upon request by contacting [email protected]. We do not guarantee that older versions will remain compatible with current releases of WordPress or WooCommerce.
Once a license expires or is revoked, automatic update access is suspended. The plugin will continue to operate on its last installed version, but future compatibility is not guaranteed.
8. Acceptable Use
By purchasing and using a WPAnchorBay plugin, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use any plugin to transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or objectionable content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary logic from plugin files beyond what the GPL expressly permits.
- Redistribute, resell, or transfer premium plugin license keys or Pro plugin files to third parties without written consent.
- Use our plugins in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair WPAnchorBay’s infrastructure, services, or reputation.
WPAnchorBay reserves the right to revoke license keys and suspend access to services for any user found to be in breach of this clause, without refund.
9. TubeBay Plugin — YouTube Account Connection (Google OAuth)
The TubeBay plugin includes an optional feature that allows store administrators to connect their own YouTube account using Google’s OAuth 2.0 authorization framework. By using this feature, you agree to the additional terms in this section, in addition to all other terms in this agreement.
9.1 Your Agreement with Google
By connecting a YouTube account through TubeBay, you agree to be bound by the following Google and YouTube policies, which are independent of and in addition to these Terms:
- YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google API Services User Data Policy: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
It is your responsibility as the store administrator to ensure that your use of the TubeBay YouTube connection feature complies with all applicable Google and YouTube policies.
9.2 Scope of Access
The TubeBay plugin requests read-only access to your YouTube account using the youtube.readonly OAuth 2.0 scope. This access is limited to retrieving your channel information, playlist names and IDs, and video metadata (video IDs, titles, and thumbnail URLs). No write, upload, delete, or management operations are performed on your YouTube account. No other Google account data is accessed.
9.3 How the OAuth Flow Works
When you initiate a YouTube connection within the TubeBay plugin, you will be redirected to Google’s official OAuth 2.0 consent screen, where you must explicitly grant permission before any data is accessed. The authorization exchange is facilitated through our secure proxy endpoint at https://wpanchorbay.com/oauth?action=connect.
This proxy server handles the one-time token exchange with Google and immediately passes the resulting credentials back to your WordPress installation. We do not retain, log, store, or transmit your OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, or any YouTube account data on our proxy server. All credentials are stored exclusively within your own WordPress database on your own hosting environment, under your control.
9.4 Your Responsibilities
By connecting a YouTube account through TubeBay, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the authorized owner or administrator of the YouTube channel being connected, or you have explicit permission from the channel owner to connect it.
- You will use the YouTube connection feature solely to display your own YouTube content on your own WooCommerce store.
- You will not use the feature to access, display, or redistribute YouTube content in violation of YouTube’s Terms of Service or any applicable copyright law.
- You will keep your WordPress installation reasonably secure to protect the OAuth credentials stored within it.
9.5 Revoking Access
You may disconnect your YouTube account from TubeBay at any time from within the plugin’s settings dashboard. You may also revoke TubeBay’s access directly from your Google Account Permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. WPAnchorBay is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to revoke access when you no longer wish to use the feature.
9.6 No Guarantee of API Availability
The YouTube connection feature depends on the YouTube Data API v3, which is operated and controlled entirely by Google LLC. WPAnchorBay makes no warranty that the YouTube Data API will remain available, uninterrupted, or unchanged. Google may modify, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time and without notice. If Google changes or discontinues the API, TubeBay’s YouTube connection feature may be affected or become unavailable. Such changes by Google do not entitle you to a refund beyond the standard 30-day refund period described in these Terms.
9.7 Limitation of Liability for OAuth Feature
WPAnchorBay is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access arising from your use of the YouTube OAuth connection feature, including but not limited to: changes to Google’s API policies, revocation of API access by Google, unauthorized access to your WordPress database, or your failure to revoke OAuth access when required.
10. Warranty and Disclaimer
Our plugins are guaranteed to function as described on a standard WordPress installation using an up-to-date version of WooCommerce and a default or officially supported theme.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or browser configurations. Where issues arise with officially supported integrations, we will provide assistance in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
The YouTube connection feature within TubeBay is additionally subject to Google’s own service availability and API policies, which are outside WPAnchorBay’s control. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of any YouTube API-dependent functionality.
Important: All plugins are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as permitted under GPL v2. WPAnchorBay shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our plugins. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss of data or revenue.

We aim to respond within the timeframes above. Resolution times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. We do not guarantee resolution of all queries within a fixed timeframe.
11.4 Third-Party Compatibility
WPAnchorBay guarantees compatibility with WooCommerce and any themes or plugins listed as officially supported in each plugin’s documentation. Compatibility with all other third-party software is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis during support.
The YouTube Data API v3 and Google’s OAuth 2.0 services are third-party services operated by Google LLC. WPAnchorBay does not control and cannot guarantee the availability, behavior, or continued terms of these services.
12. Refund Policy
WPAnchorBay offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all initial plugin purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
We encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved quickly. Contacting support does not affect your right to a refund.
The following conditions apply:
- Refunds will not be issued after 30 days from the original purchase or renewal date under any circumstances.
- Annual renewal refunds will incur a 15% administration fee to cover non-recoverable payment processing costs. To avoid this fee, cancel your subscription at least 14 days before the renewal date.
- Refunds on bundle purchases will result in the revocation of all license keys within that bundle.
- License keys are revoked immediately upon approval of a refund request.
- Inability to use the TubeBay YouTube connection feature due to changes in Google’s API policies or your own Google account status does not constitute grounds for a refund outside the standard 30-day period.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and purchase details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
13. Price Changes
WPAnchorBay reserves the right to modify the pricing of any plugin, plan, or license type at any time. Price changes for new customers take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
Active subscribers will have their license renewed at the price agreed at the time of their original purchase, regardless of any price increases for new customers. If you cancel your subscription and choose to resubscribe at a later date, the current pricing will apply.
14. Intellectual Property and Ownership
All plugins, associated code, documentation, branding, and website content produced by WPAnchorBay remain the exclusive intellectual property of WPAnchorBay. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the plugin in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to WPAnchorBay in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Force Majeure

This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party services including but not limited to the YouTube Data API or Google’s OAuth services.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our products, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michigan.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WPAnchorBay regarding your purchase and use of our plugins. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
By using the TubeBay YouTube connection feature, you additionally confirm that you have read and agree to Google’s Terms of Service and YouTube’s Terms of Service as referenced in Section 9 above.
22. Changes to These Terms
WPAnchorBay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Your continued use of any WPAnchorBay product following a change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to notify active license holders by email.
