Purchasing a plugin from WPAnchorBay grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the plugin in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
All WPAnchorBay plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.
In addition to the software license, you will receive a non-transferable plugin license key.
A valid, active license key is required to access plugin updates and support. License keys may not be shared, sold, or given away. Transfers to a new owner require contacting us at support@wpanchorbay.com. We reserve the right to revoke license keys not used in accordance with these Terms.
Purchasing a plugin on an annual plan (including free trials) creates an automatic subscription using your chosen payment method. If active, the subscription renews the license key annually for uninterrupted access to updates and support. You will be billed automatically using the original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via:
For annual licenses, if you cancel before expiry, you retain access to updates and support until the end of the 1-year period. Post-expiry, you can continue using the plugin but will not receive updates or support, and compatibility with future WordPress or third-party plugin versions is not guaranteed. You may repurchase the plugin to resume access.
For free trials, if you cancel before the trial ends, you can use the plugin and receive updates/support until the trial period expires, after which the plugin will stop functioning. To reactivate, purchase a paid plan to receive a new license key.
Lifetime licenses remain valid indefinitely, with no expiration or renewal required. You will have access to all future plugin updates and support for as long as the plugin is owned by WPAnchorBay.
Some WPAnchorBay plugins are available individually or as part of a bundle (e.g., 2-plugin bundles). When purchasing a bundle, you receive:
If a bundle purchase is refunded, license keys for all included plugins will be revoked. If a license expires, all bundle license keys expire together.
Upon successful payment, plugin files and license keys are accessible from the order confirmation page and sent via email. You can also access them from your WPAnchorBay account as long as your license key remains valid. If a license expires, is revoked, or is refunded, download access will be discontinued until renewed.
Automatic updates are available through the WordPress dashboard for as long as you have a valid, active license key. You can also download the latest plugin version from your account page. Older versions are available upon request by contacting support@wpanchorbay.com.
Our plugins are guaranteed to function correctly on a fresh WordPress installation with a default theme. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, browsers, or hosting providers. If compatibility issues arise, we will provide support per our support policy (below).
Plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied (per GPL v3). WPAnchorBay is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or data loss.

While we strive to provide excellent support, we do not guarantee resolution of all queries to your complete satisfaction or within a specific timeframe. If an issue arises within 30 days of purchase and cannot be resolved, you are entitled to a full refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

WPAnchorBay reserves the right to modify, change, cancel, or upgrade the price or terms of a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent.
If you have an active subscription, the plugin will renew at the original purchase price, regardless of price changes for new customers. If you cancel your subscription, you must renew at the current purchase price.
All plugins sold on this website are the property of WPAnchorBay. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our plugins.
All content on this website and within the plugins, including images, videos, documentation, and other information, is the property of WPAnchorBay. It may not be redistributed without permission.
Affiliates wishing to promote our plugins must contact us at support@wpanchorbay.com for permission before reusing any website or plugin content.
We stand by our products but recognize they may not work perfectly on every website or meet all needs. If you change your mind, we offer a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
We recommend contacting us at support@wpanchorbay.com before requesting a refund if you encounter issues or have questions about features. We can often resolve problems, but you retain the right to a full refund within 30 days.
For annual renewal payments, refunds will incur a 15% admin fee to cover processing and unrecoverable payment fees. To avoid this, cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We will email you 2 weeks prior with cancellation instructions.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase or renewal date.
